Faithful Cycle
on a meadow flat
soft and equal
weeds and flowers
life weeps up
from soil
rich with breath
gasping between
heaven and earth
plain colors
healing the soul
a bountiful message
Dr. Singer is the Poet Laureate of Old Lyme, Connecticut. He has had over 1,100 poems published on the internet, magazines and in books and is a 2017 Pushcart Prize Award Nominee.
